Do you feel Strelitzia improved your organisation this Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day compared to last?
Strelitzia has really improved our organisation over the 3 peaks. Being able to find orders easily when you have a customer on the phone or in store etc instead of flicking through clipboards of orders really helps and gives us a much more professional outlook.
How do you think your customer service has improved since using Strelitzia? (For example, the ability to send customer receipts and delivery confirmations).
This is the first year we received ZERO calls asking if a bouquet was out for delivery due to the new pre-delivery email on Strelitzia Go which is sent out when the vans are loaded in the morning, freeing up the phones for order taking etc.
Did Strelitzia save you time over Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day?
This is the first year using Strelitzia Shop & Studio and Strelitzia Go. Previously, organising my mammoth delivery lists would take me 4 hours and it used to be something I’d dread after a long day in the shop. Strelitzia Go is amazing, it saves me those 4 hours work and I can go home and get some much-needed sleep before another long day. All I do is press the magical autoroute button, drag and drop if I need to and I’m done.
What’s your favourite feature of Strelitzia?
Strelitzia has improved the accuracy of my team’s order taking hugely. Everyone now takes email addresses which has increased our mailing list, and in turn increases our orders because of the email marketing I am now able to do.
When the team is taking an order, a finishing touches box pops up prompting them to ask if the customer wants to add a box of chocolates or bottle of wine to their order and this is a great way to make sure the staff are upselling as much as possible.
Can you imagine going back to a time without Strelitzia?
No! Strelitzia is so worth the money, I couldn’t be without it now.
