EPOS Hardware for Florists

There is a wealth of EPOS solutions out there and frankly, some are eye-wateringly expensive. But EPOS hardware doesn’t need to cost the earth. At Strelitzia HQ we have done our research in order to make EPOS hardware for florists as affordable as possible. Strelitzia’s EPOS system will work on any Windows or Mac computer that you already have in the shop.

You then need to buy a receipt printer and till draw which will connect to your computer. Strelitzia supports specific types of hardware listed below. You can connect this hardware to this hardware to any Windows, Apple or Android device. (please note that this does not include Chrome Books)

The Basics

The receipt printer connects to your computer and operates till drawer. Below is the basic EPOS hardware for Florists we’d recommend.

Till Drawer Approx. £60

This is a simple till drawer that will connect to your receipt printer. It has plenty of room for notes and to spilt your coins. We put ours on a shelf underneath our counter to keep the area clutter-free.

Till Roll Approx. £8 for 20 rolls

Don’t forget to add your till roll to your order. Check the width of the till roll you will need as this alters for different models of receipt printers. (See below)

Receipt Printer: TSP100 Approx. £115

If you are looking for a simple USB connection this is perfect. This is a tried and tested basic model which is very reliable.

If you are looking at connecting tablets or multiple computers you will need a LAN-enabled model so the TSP100 is not for you!

If you’re using a Windows computer and you’d like a small compact model then this one is perfect. You can connect this to a tablet using a LAN connection. (aka. your printer will need to connect to your router via a LAN cable)
