Firstly, what a hectic summer. For all you Strelitzia members out there I hope we have made the wedding season that little bit easier, and the stress a little bit less!

Moving into Autumn things aren’t slowing down here at Strelitzia HQ. Matt and I are being worked to the bone by Mark who wants to move into our 10th (!?) anniversary year in style, kicking off at BFA FleurEx this October. I’m sat here writing this having a well earned pint! We have all sorts of goodies to bring with us, along with exciting videos of some of our happy customers, and we can’t wait to see you all there.

We like this feature here at Strelitzia because we feel it lets you see what our florists truly think of us and also lets our florists have their say about the pros of our software.

Strelitzia Support

erosWe have a great support network available, so when new customers sign up for the Strelitzia system, they are not on their own. After installation, Mark and Judith will be available to do regular training 2 or 3 times a week and be available for as long as required. Even after the initial training period is over, support is available for refresher training, quick reminders on areas you are unsure of or if it is a technical issue to do with Strelitzia, then Steve our IT director is always available.
