We like this feature here at Strelitzia because we feel it lets you see what our florists truly think of us and also lets our florists have their say about the pros of our software.

Eflorist: Are you checking your invoices?

Do you regularly check your monthly statements from your relay company?

My shop, Flowers by Nattrass in Darlington has an eflorist membership and I have found that checking the statements is a monthly chore that is essential to pick up the many errors that often appear. In fact I recently discovered over £350 worth of missing orders in a single month!

This is where the reports section of Strelitzia software helps enormously. I run off a report listing the months relay orders and then simply compare this to the eflorist monthly statement. It is then easy to flag up missing orders or incorrect amounts. No more sifting through reams of single orders just two sheets to compare.

So money recovered and plenty of time left to put my feet up with a bottle of wine or two! Sally x

Cups of tea are on the up, it’s soup at lunch time, and everyone’s started wearing an extra pair of socks. As we’re all well aware, it gets really darn cold in a florist shop and unfortunately, winter is definitely coming.

But before we all have to start walking around like the Michelin Man (such a glamorous job), that beautiful time of year is upon us with crisp crunchy leaves under foot and deliciously clean, clear morning air. In all honesty, I think autumn beats summer hands down.

Important information regarding software updates.

New Web

Strelitzia will be running an important update at the beginning of next week, most likely Tuesday morning, 7th October. It would be helpful if on Tuesday morning you log on to Strelitzia as Admin. This update is essential to improve the communications between Strelitzia and Roots, and will improve the overall performance of Strelitzia.
